Newfoundland Moose Hunting Trips

  • Species:                Moose
  • Location:              Newfoundland
  • Method:                Rifle or Archery
  • Dates:                   September-October

If you’re looking for a moose hunting experience that doesn’t break the bank, our Newfoundland hunt is a great option. The area is home to a thriving moose population, although the bulls here tend to be smaller than those in other parts of Canada. Still, we’ll help you find a good representative bull that should make for a satisfying hunt.

We’ll be conducting stop and stalk hunts, using trucks, ATVs, and boats to get to the hunting areas. Once we spot a bull, we’ll use calls to try and draw it closer to you. If that doesn’t work, we’ll help you stalk it.

You’ll be staying in a comfortable lodge, with hot meals and showers available every night. And if you manage to bag your bull early, you can try your hand at fishing or even hunt black bear for a small fee of $1,000.

If you’re flying in, you’ll arrive at Gander International Airport, where our outfitter will be waiting to greet you.
