The majority of our elephant hunts are tracking hunts. These hunts can be physically taxing, so come as well prepared as possible. On any normal day, we would drive around in likely places, visiting waterholes, driving cut lines or roads, looking for suitable tracks. On finding the right kind of track, heading in the right direction, we will fill a backpack or two with water, and follow the tracks to try and catch up to the targeted elephant, to assess the trophy quality. If suitable, we will try and get the hunter into a good shooting position for a good, clean kill. As a rule of thumb, be prepared to walk at least 3 miles per day.

We offer 2 kinds of elephant hunts, namely non-export elephant hunts and exportable trophy bull hunts. On the non-export elephant hunts, we will typically target old post-productive cows, broken tusked or genetically weak bulls, or whatever the situation demands. (Some of these hunts are to provide meat for local community festivals.) As there are a lot of close-in stalks on these hunts, they tend to be very good value for money for someone who wants to experience elephant hunting and not take a trophy home. These hunts are only available on the communal conservancies. Trophy bull elephant hunts must rank as the best hunting experience available out there. We offer these hunts on both our communal conservancies and our Park area.

These species can only be added to a 12 day or longer dangerous game hunt, at trophy fee only, due to limited quota (one per specie). 

A second animal of the same specie will be charged at an increased trophy fee, usually 200% of trophy fee. 

Not all of the species above are available in each hunting area. 

These species may also attract a concession fee if booked inside the park area. 

Stated safari price includes day fees, VAT and concession fees.

Safari duration is the number of hunting days indicated, plus 2 travel days.

Price includes transfers between Katima Mulilo airport and the designated hunting camp.

Transfers from Kasane airport are US$200 per person and temporary firearm import permits are US$50 each.

All hunts are offered as packages and are species specific. 

Please note that we operate according to a quota system, so we can only reserve the primary animal for the hunt booked. 

For any additional animals, we can only reserve specifically requested animals for which a deposit is paid.
